If there is a conflict between these Terms and a signed project agreement, the signed project agreement controls.

1. Website Use

This website is provided for general informational, marketing, and business inquiry purposes. You may use this website to learn about Reality IMT’s services, view sample deliverables, review project examples, contact our team, or request a quote.

You agree not to use this website for any unlawful purpose, to interfere with website functionality, to attempt unauthorized access to website systems, or to misuse any content, forms, links, files, or information provided on the website.

2. About Reality IMT Services

Reality IMT provides reality capture, 3D laser scanning, building documentation, as-built drawings, Scan-to-BIM, infrastructure mapping, corridor mapping, facility documentation, and related existing-condition documentation services.

Unless expressly stated in a signed agreement, Reality IMT does not provide licensed architectural, engineering, structural, land surveying, legal, code-compliance, or permitting services. Reality IMT deliverables should be reviewed by the appropriate licensed professionals before being used for design, construction, permitting, life-safety, structural, legal, boundary, or regulatory purposes.

3. Project Agreements Control

Website descriptions, service pages, sample deliverables, case studies, portfolio images, pricing references, timelines, and general capability statements are provided for informational purposes only. They do not create a binding project scope, guarantee a specific deliverable, or replace a written proposal or agreement.

Actual project scope, deliverables, schedule, pricing, assumptions, exclusions, file formats, accuracy requirements, payment terms, and delivery requirements must be confirmed in a written proposal, quote, purchase order, statement of work, or other project-specific agreement.

4. Existing Conditions and Visible Conditions Only

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, Reality IMT’s observations, measurements, scans, models, drawings, reports, and other deliverables are based on visible, reasonably accessible, and field-observed conditions at the time of data capture.

Reality IMT is not responsible for concealed, obstructed, inaccessible, hazardous, unsafe, undocumented, or later-modified conditions, including but not limited to conditions behind walls, above ceilings, below floors, underground, inside equipment, within locked rooms, or in areas where access was restricted or unsafe.

5. Accuracy, Tolerances, and Level of Detail

Any stated accuracy, tolerance, level of detail, level of development, or completeness depends on the project scope, site conditions, scanner setup, control methodology, available access, source information, field conditions, and deliverable type.

Unless expressly stated in a signed agreement, sample deliverables, case studies, website descriptions, diagrams, screenshots, models, maps, drawings, reports, or other website materials do not guarantee a specific accuracy, tolerance, level of detail, level of development, completeness, or suitability for any future project.

6. Client and User Responsibilities

Clients and website users are responsible for providing accurate project information, site access, site contacts, property permissions, safety requirements, existing drawings, access instructions, schedule constraints, and other information reasonably required for Reality IMT to evaluate or perform services.

Reality IMT is not responsible for delays, additional costs, incomplete deliverables, missed areas, return visits, or project impacts caused by inaccurate information, restricted access, unsafe conditions, missing client-provided materials, inaccessible areas, security requirements, weather, site shutdowns, or conditions outside Reality IMT’s reasonable control.

7. Sample Deliverables, Portfolio Content, and Case Studies

Sample deliverables, portfolio images, case studies, screenshots, 360 walkthroughs, models, maps, drawings, reports, videos, point clouds, and other website content are examples only. Actual deliverables, formats, scope, schedule, cost, and level of detail vary by project and must be confirmed in a written proposal or agreement.

Website content may include examples from prior work, representative workflows, or sample project outputs. Such examples are not a guarantee that the same results, conditions, deliverables, pricing, or timelines will apply to another project.

8. Digital Files, Downloads, and Third-Party Platforms

Reality IMT may provide or reference digital deliverables such as PDF drawings, CAD files, Revit models, point clouds, 360 imagery, photographs, reports, maps, hosted viewers, file links, or downloadable project files. Any such files or links are provided subject to the applicable project agreement.

Users are responsible for verifying compatibility with their own software, systems, workflows, and intended use. Users are also responsible for maintaining their own backups after delivery unless a written agreement states otherwise.

The website or project delivery process may include links to or integrations with third-party platforms, file-sharing tools, viewers, maps, analytics tools, payment processors, hosting services, or other external systems. Reality IMT does not control and is not responsible for third-party websites, platforms, availability, security, functionality, terms, or policies.

9. Intellectual Property

This website and its content, including text, graphics, images, logos, service descriptions, page layouts, sample materials, and other website materials, are owned by or licensed to Reality IMT and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You may view and download website materials for your internal, non-commercial evaluation of Reality IMT’s services only, provided that you keep all copyright, trademark, and proprietary notices intact.
