Reality IMT is a Houston-based documentation and reality-capture company serving clients nationwide. We provide 3D laser scanning, building documentation, as-built drawings, Scan-to-BIM, and infrastructure mapping for commercial, industrial, institutional, real estate, and transportation projects.
Company Overview
Founded in 2015 in Houston, Texas, Reality IMT helps architects, engineers, facility owners, contractors, real estate professionals, and infrastructure teams document existing conditions with greater accuracy and consistency.
Our work connects field data collection directly to usable project deliverables, including registered point clouds, CAD drawings, Revit models, floor plans, asset inventories, visual documentation, and existing-condition reports. We support projects nationwide from our headquarters in Houston, Texas.
